I am a versatile and innovative Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivery across both infrastructure and application deliverables including a large Government IT Transformation Programme with a user base of over 70k users, a £600m+ budget and personal responsibility of approximately £4m.

I possess strong business acumen, an ability to see the bigger picture and am able to quickly gain a clear vision and direction for business success. I thrive on challenges, and use effective interpersonal skills to motivate individuals and teams to deliver organisational objectives. I am professionally qualified to PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Foundation Level and, in addition, achieved an Advanced Diploma in Learning and Development from Cambridge University.

I am a passionate, self–motivated and adaptable individual who thrives on challenges, working to deadlines and changing demands of business. However, if I were to choose my favourite stages of a project, it is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business requirements and then seeing these materialise into day–to–day operations at delivery, leaving both happy clients and end users.

With over 25 years’ experience of publishing support including page design and layout, business administrative support (including digital transcription) and web design, I fully understand the need for efficiency, accuracy and speed in producing any piece of work be it typing a simple letter, more complex business and financial reports or full page layout and design of printed matter.

I am a highly motivated consultant, who communicates well, is very focused and I have both the experience and ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. I specialise in providing support to both sole operators and small businesses, giving you the extra employee only as and when you need it, and all with complete confidentiality.

I also have experience in running music festivals from original concept through to on-the-day operations, and post-festival breakdown and review.

What We Do



  • Page design and layout is the creative process that takes your idea and transforms it to the printed page. Be it for a simple letterhead for a company or to a more complex multi–page magazine, through two–page promotional leaflets to full novels, from in–house corporate documentation to autobiographies, and travel adverts to fan magazines for rock bands… all is possible…

  • As a small business, we are able to fully understand and appreciate the needs of the small business owner: you don’t have the time to spend on designing company stationery or advertising leaflets or the ability… you just don’t know where to start. As experienced professionals in this field, we can offer support, advice and suggestions to ensure that you get the product that you want.

  • Projects are produced using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and will be provided in print–ready format.


  • Programmes bring together resources, skills, technology and ideas to enable organisations to change and introduce outcomes that deliver real benefits or to achieve business objectives essential in helping them remain competitive. Good programme management helps to ensure that these benefits or objectives are achieved within budget, time and quality constraints.

  • A digital transcription is the digitally–typed (text) conversion of an audio file… we can provide a full UK–based transcription, typing and word processing service to both businesses and individuals. We have over 15 years’ experience of digital transcription and, using the latest equipment, can undertake any transcription, copy typing, audio typing or word processing task ranging from transcribing building surveys, conferences, research interviews and keynote speeches to typing letters or other secretarial tasks.

  • The transcription service is tailored to suit individual client specifications and delivered with high standards of accuracy and presentation, using Microsoft Office.

  • Whether you have a large or small transcription/typing project, we will provide a rapid, accurate and professional service to suit you or your organisation. We do not outsource any work… you simply outsource to us.



  • What is Business Change? In simple terms it is the change that needs to take place within a business for it to move from its current method of operation and arrive at its new desired state. However, to make this happen we are really talking about Change Management, which can be defined in many different ways, however the statement below wraps it up nicely…

  • Change Management: the process, tools and techniques to manage the people–side of change processes, to achieve the required outcomes and to realise the change effectively within individuals, teams and the wider systems

  • Working with you, we will adopt a systematic change management approach giving proper consideration to how the changes may be shaped and implemented to each individual organisation, spanning technology, processes, people and structures. This includes addressing issues such as training, stakeholder management and communications, to overcome resistance, embed the change and deliver the anticipated benefits.

  • We specialise in creating either simple single page websites, or more complex multi–page websites for the small business. The websites are clean, clear, easy to navigate and easy to read just by keeping the graphic content down to a minimum, and generally using basic HTML coding wherever possible.

  • Content… the content of your website is one of the most important factors, and should be given a great deal of thought; existing company marketing information or even a company brochure is the ideal place to start.

  • Images… you will need to decide on which images (preferably supplied in digital format) you wish to include on your website; this may be your products, your company logo or even general photographs.

  • Maintenance… once your website has been completed and uploaded to the web, we are available (charged at an agreed hourly rate) for on–going maintenance, enhancements or updates — you may want to update your pages, enhance your website with additional images, or just keep your website content fresh with the occasional modification.
